In this regard, the Grand Kaizen Festival was held on December 3rd, coinciding with the commemoration of Iran’s industrial pioneer, Behrooz Ferdows.

This ceremony, in addition to recognizing employees’ innovations, served as a reminder of the esteemed human and professional values of the company’s founder. At this event, a valuable gift from the Workers’ House was presented to the Mammut family as a tribute to the anniversary of Behrooz Ferdows. This symbolic gesture reflects deep appreciation for his relentless efforts in the industry and the profound impact he had on the growth and development of Mammut World and the country’s industrial sector.
